Appeal from the Circuit Court for Citrus County, J. Michael Blackstone, Judge. David Cornatezer appeals his judgments and sentences which were entered by the trial court after a jury found him guilty of committing the crimes of burglary of a dwelling, grand theft, and dealing in stolen property. 1 He argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial. We agree. Accordingly, we reverse Mr. Cornatezer's judgments and sentences and remand this matter for a new trial.
